BUY OCULUS QUEST
Buy an Oculus Quest 1 or 2 at your favorite electronics retailer.
Virtual Goalie is available on the Oculus Quest Store via App Lab. You have to search the store for “Virtual Goalie” exactly. See the guide for exact instructions.
This guide will provide step by step instructions to accomplish the following:
- Install the mobile app
- Create a Virtual Goalie account
- Update your settings (dominant hand, shot speed, stick type, etc.)
- Generate VR Tokens to train
Virtual Goalie is in your app list once it is installed. Run it like any other app.
You need to generate a login token each time you train.

If you have a stick mount, install it on a lacrosse stick.
You can use Virtual Goalie without a stick mount.
However, we highly recommend you buy one. Training is much more realistic when using a lacrosse stick.
