Privacy Policy for Reaction VR Sports Inc.

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

Reaction VR Sports Inc. (“Reaction VR Sports,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of individuals who use our websites, mobile applications, and virtual reality applications.

This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, access, process, use, retain, and disclose when you use our services, including our lacrosse goalie training applications available on Meta Quest devices.

Our website is located at https://new.reactionvrsports.com.

For questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal information, please contact us at admin@reactionvrsports.com.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • The Reaction VR Sports website.

  • Reaction VR Sports mobile applications.

  • Reaction VR Sports virtual reality training applications on Meta Quest.

  • User accounts maintained through our proprietary authentication system.

  • Training performance information generated through our applications.

  • Information processed through Meta Platform APIs.

Our Meta Quest training applications are designed for users across multiple supported age groups, including children ages 10–12, teenagers, and adults, subject to Meta’s applicable platform requirements.

2. Information We Collect and Process

The information we collect or process depends on how you interact with our services.

A. Account and Registration Information

When registering for an account or using our services, users may provide information such as:

  • Name.

  • Email address.

  • Account login credentials.

  • Organization or team affiliation.

  • Other information voluntarily provided during registration.

Our applications use a proprietary account system that is separate from the user’s Meta Quest account.

The account identifier associated with training information is generated and maintained by Reaction VR Sports. It is not the Meta platform User ID.

B. Training and Performance Information

Our lacrosse goalie training applications generate information related to users’ training activities, which may include:

  • Training session results.

  • Performance scores and statistics.

  • Reaction times.

  • Save percentages and other goalie performance measurements.

  • Training progress and session history.

  • Other information generated through participation in training activities.

This information is used to provide training functionality, display performance results, monitor progress, and improve the training experience.

Training information is associated with the user’s Reaction VR Sports account rather than their Meta platform User ID.

C. Meta Quest Platform Information

Our Meta Quest applications integrate with Meta Platform APIs to support operation on Meta Quest devices and comply with Meta’s platform requirements for mixed-age applications.

Our application requests access to and processes the following Meta Platform features:

Meta USER_ID

Meta USER_ID is a unique identifier associated with a user’s Meta platform account.

Our application accesses or processes this identifier through its integration with Meta Platform services supporting the Get Age Category functionality.

Our current and intended use of Meta USER_ID is limited to supporting the required Meta platform integration and age-category functionality.

Specifically:

  • We do not use Meta USER_ID to authenticate users into our proprietary training system.

  • We do not use Meta USER_ID to identify or track training participants.

  • We do not associate Meta USER_ID with training performance information.

  • We do not intentionally store Meta USER_ID in our application databases.

  • We do not transmit Meta USER_ID to our proprietary backend services.

  • We do not use Meta USER_ID for advertising, marketing, analytics, or behavioral profiling.

  • We do not sell or disclose Meta USER_ID to third-party advertisers.

Any processing of Meta USER_ID is limited to the Meta platform integration and is not used as part of our proprietary account or training data system.

Meta USER_AGE (Get Age Category API)

Our application accesses the Meta Get Age Category API because our Meta Quest application is designated for mixed-age use.

The API returns an age category associated with the user’s Meta account rather than the user’s exact date of birth.

The age category is accessed to support Meta’s age-group requirements and the appropriate handling of the application’s Meta platform experience.

Specifically:

  • We access the age category provided by Meta through the Get Age Category API.

  • We do not request an exact date of birth through this API.

  • We do not intentionally retain the returned age category in our proprietary application databases.

  • We do not associate the returned age category with training performance records.

  • We do not transmit the returned age category to our proprietary backend services.

  • We do not use the age category for targeted advertising or marketing.

  • We do not sell or disclose the age category to third-party advertisers.

The age-category information is processed within the Meta Quest application to support the platform’s mixed-age integration requirements.

Separation of Meta Platform Data and Training Data

Reaction VR Sports maintains a separation between Meta platform information and proprietary application-generated training information.

Meta platform identifiers and age-category responses are processed through the Meta platform integration. Training accounts and performance data are managed separately through Reaction VR Sports systems.

We do not intentionally link Meta USER_ID or Meta USER_AGE information to the proprietary identifiers used to maintain training results.

D. Information Provided Through Communications

If you contact us directly, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of your message, attachments, and other information you voluntarily provide.

This information is used to respond to inquiries, provide technical assistance, manage support requests, and communicate about our services.

E. Website Usage and Technical Information

When visitors access our website, our website hosting infrastructure may automatically process technical information such as:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address.

  • Browser type.

  • Device or operating system information.

  • Date and time of website access.

  • Referring or exit pages.

  • Website activity and diagnostic information.

This information is used to operate and secure our website, diagnose technical issues, and understand website performance.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect and process to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain Reaction VR Sports services.

  • Authenticate users through our proprietary account system.

  • Provide lacrosse goalie training functionality.

  • Store and display training performance results.

  • Help users monitor progress and performance.

  • Maintain and improve application functionality.

  • Provide customer service and technical support.

  • Communicate with account holders regarding our services.

  • Maintain the security and integrity of our systems.

  • Comply with applicable legal and platform requirements.

Meta USER_ID and Meta USER_AGE information are not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or associating users with training performance records.

These Meta Platform features are accessed only for the platform integration and age-related functionality described in this policy.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Meta Platform Information

Meta USER_ID and Meta USER_AGE information are processed through the Meta platform integration.

Reaction VR Sports does not intentionally retain these Meta platform values in its proprietary application databases.

Because these values are not retained in our application databases, there is no persistent copy of these specific Meta platform values in those databases to delete.

This does not affect any information independently maintained by Meta under Meta’s own privacy policies.

Application Account and Training Information

Our proprietary account information and training performance data may be retained as necessary to provide our services, maintain user accounts, and support the training experience.

Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data using the procedure described below.

We delete applicable information following verification of the request, subject to any retention required by law or other applicable obligations.

Website and Support Information

Website technical records and support communications are retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including service operation, security, support, and legal compliance.

5. Personal Data Access, Correction, and Deletion

Reaction VR Sports provides users with a mechanism to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with their accounts.

Parents or legal guardians may also submit requests on behalf of their children, subject to appropriate verification.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request removal of your personal information:

  1. Send an email to admin@reactionvrsports.com.

  2. Use the subject line “Remove My Data.”

  3. Include the registered email address associated with your Reaction VR Sports account.

  4. We will respond to the registered email address to request confirmation of the deletion request.

  5. Upon successful verification and confirmation, applicable account and training data will be deleted within five business days, unless a longer period or retention is required by applicable law.

  6. We will send confirmation when the deletion process has been completed.

Users may also contact the same email address to request access to or correction of their information.

Meta Platform Data Deletion

Because Meta USER_ID and Meta USER_AGE values are not intentionally stored in our proprietary application databases, these values do not require a separate deletion operation within our databases.

Users who wish to manage information maintained independently by Meta should consult Meta’s applicable privacy settings and policies.

Account Deletion

Deleting a Reaction VR Sports account may permanently remove training history and performance records associated with that account.

We may request reasonable verification before processing deletion or access requests to protect account information from unauthorized disclosure or deletion.

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

Reaction VR Sports does not sell Meta USER_ID, Meta USER_AGE, or proprietary training performance data to advertisers.

We may disclose information to service providers that assist us with hosting, operating, maintaining, securing, or supporting our services, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection requirements.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the security, rights, and integrity of our services and users.

Meta platform information is accessed through Meta’s Platform APIs and is subject to applicable Meta platform requirements.

We do not intentionally transmit Meta USER_ID or Meta USER_AGE values to our proprietary backend services or third-party advertising systems.

7. Children’s Privacy

Reaction VR Sports recognizes the importance of protecting children’s privacy.

Our Meta Quest training applications may be designed for mixed-age audiences, including children ages 10–12, teenagers, and adults, in accordance with applicable Meta platform age-group requirements.

We use Meta’s Get Age Category API to support the required age-category integration for mixed-age applications.

The Meta age category is not intentionally retained in our proprietary application databases or linked to training performance information.

Our applications use a separate proprietary account system for training records. Information collected through that account system is handled as described in this Privacy Policy.

Where required by applicable law, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we will obtain appropriate parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information from children under 13, unless a legal exception applies.

Parents and legal guardians may contact admin@reactionvrsports.com to:

  • Request information about personal data associated with their child.

  • Request correction or deletion of their child’s personal information.

  • Ask questions regarding the collection and use of children’s information.

  • Exercise applicable parental privacy rights.

We will take reasonable steps to verify parental or guardian authority before providing access to or deleting a child’s personal information.

We do not use Meta USER_ID or Meta USER_AGE information to deliver targeted advertising to children.

Our applications are not intended for children younger than the minimum age permitted by the Meta Quest platform.

8. Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support website functionality, remember preferences, improve the user experience, and understand website performance.

Visitors may be able to control or disable cookies through their browser settings.

Some website functionality may be affected if cookies are disabled.

This website cookie disclosure is separate from the Meta Quest USER_ID and USER_AGE platform integration described above.

9. Third-Party Services and External Websites

Our services may interact with third-party platforms or service providers, including Meta, website hosting providers, and providers supporting our application infrastructure.

These third parties may maintain their own privacy policies governing information they independently collect or process.

Reaction VR Sports is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.

Users are encouraged to review the applicable privacy policies of those third parties.

For Meta Quest platform information, users may review Meta’s privacy information at:

https://www.meta.com/privacy/

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

These measures may include account authentication, access controls, and appropriate safeguards for application and server infrastructure.

No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, where applicable.

These rights may include:

  • The right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used.

  • The right to request access to certain personal information.

  • The right to request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

  • The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.

  • The right to opt out of certain sales or sharing of personal information, where applicable.

  • The right not to be discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Reaction VR Sports does not sell Meta USER_ID or Meta USER_AGE information.

We will respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
